Shipping policy

All shipments are insured and tracked to ensure that your order arrives safely.

If for some reason your order was damaged in shipping please do the following:

1. DO NOT throw out any of the packaging. Please keep all original packaging on hand as we will need pictures and potentially the package itself to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

2. Please take pictures of the packaging (both inside and out), the broken item(s) from multiple angles, and any other pictures that show damage. If you do not provide pictures and do not keep the packaging during the claims process, it is likely that the claim will be denied. If the claim is denied, we will still do our best to work with you but please understand that a denial of claim based on information you are willing/able to provide could affect what we are able to do.
